History

Private Wealth Consultants, LLC, was established by Leo D. Boisvert and Erik G. Heben, the managing partners of the firm. Their team adheres to the premise of independent ideas and intelligent solutions for investors.

After working for one of the largest financial firms in the world, they realized that the consultant, client, and company seem to be disconnected. Because of this disconnect, they have adopted a personal investment and financial philosophy where the needs of the client always come first, instead of what exists at the large brokerage firms where the financial professional works in the best interests of the corporation. In essence, financial strategies come first, offering independent guidance without corporate influence.

With more than 35 years of combined investment, estate, and financial experience, Leo, Erik and their team work closely with clients to develop customized financial strategies and investment portfolios designed to pursue both short- and long-term financial needs. Their ultimate goal is to provide financial confidence for all of their clients.

In 2008, Leo and Erik partnered with Jennifer Jones, CPA, to create Private Wealth Tax Advisory*. By integrating and leveraging the combined resources, expertise, and best practices of its team, as well as using their extensive network of tax and legal experts, Private Wealth Consultants and Private Wealth Tax Advisory is on the cutting edge of wealth management strategies in the U.S. It serves a diverse client base that includes affluent individuals, corporations, and institutions.
